STOP running (or participating in) unproductive, boring, and needless meetings? START creating seamless, inclusive, and engaging online meetings that get results? Introducing Rethink Facilitation! Rethink Facilitation is a totally new way to facilitate meetings, create safe spaces, and manage time and energy so you don’t burn out or bore your audience! A great facilitator does more than set an agenda: They know how to confidently and compassionately navigate difficult conversations—from race to mental health—in the workplace, in the classroom, and at home. They create spaces - online and in-person - where everyone feels included, encouraged to contribute, safe to be ok with not being ok, empowered, and productive. They know the art of balancing out space and energy, being flexible, and actively listening. This online workshop will work for you: Even if...you have a lot of experience facilitating in-person Even if...you are completely new to facilitation Even if...you are often the participant and not the facilitator About the speaker: Monica Kang is a creative educator who is transforming today’s workforce through the power of creativity.
